The villa was built in 1895, using the handmade bricks of the neighboring kiln of Sezzadio of Alessandria, known for their different colors obtained from materials and different cooking, still perfectly preserved. Known also in the surroundings as "Castle of Quattordio", and in the past as "Villa Millo", it is said that its construction was commissioned by a faculty doctor from Milan who requested architectural elements that evoked a small castle, such as the annex 12-meter tower, windows enclosed in vaulted arches, and frescoes on exterior facades and ceilings.
It was object of an important internal restoration in the 1960s by the avi of the current owners, who thanks to a meticulous work have managed to make this villa even more unique, furnished in a classical and elegant style with references to the Liberty and Regency styles . Particularly valuable are the frescoes all original and well-preserved interior ceilings, cathedral windows with different decorations in every room and damask fabrics.
